Why do we exist?
The Data Translation Company was founded on a simple mission to address a deep need…
People need to feel, heard and understood, especially when things are not clear.
Meet Elias...

I am the opposite of what people think when they think ‘Data’.
Yes, I’m an engineer and data analyst. I’ve worked with some of the largest
companies in the world, deploying cutting edge technology and innovation.
But my real story is not about any of that.
My real story is that I have been translating my whole my life.
When my family arrived in the UK as refugees, I became their translator, not just of the language, but of their emotions, our culture and of our perspective.
I learned early that misunderstanding breaks trust very quickly and being very crystal-clear builds trust very quickly.
I was desperate to feel seen, heard and understood during this early stage of my life, and I’ve learned powerful lessons on how to overcome this challenge.
Today I use my technical skill and lived experience as a translator to help others feel seen, heard and understood.
This is why I do what I do.
Meet Richard...

If you think of someone lost in creativity — that’s probably me.
But not lost in a dream — lost in the craft.
Since age 10, I’ve been obsessed with how stories make us feel. It started with video games — the soundtracks, the characters, the emotion. I began writing my own short stories, and I’ve never stopped studying how structure creates feeling.
Whether it’s a film, a message, or a dataset, I see it like a director sees a script — every frame, every beat, every detail designed to move you. I don’t just tell stories. I build the architecture of emotion.
At DTC, I bring that lens to everything we do — shaping stories that connect, not just inform. Because when perspective is clear, performance follows. And that’s where real profit begins: with resonance, attention, and trust.
Because when perspective is clear, performance follows. And that’s where real profit lives — in attention, resonance, and trust.
Looking forward to connecting.
